The client used to receive purchase orders from their buyers, create production sheets based on purchase orders specification, keep track of deliveries of the manufactured items, generate invoices based on the deliveries and then finally generate different types of management reports. 

The entire process was managed via excel. It was too time consuming, error prone and required repetitive human labor.

We developed a purchase order management software that reflected their current working process removing the repetitive parts and human error as well as one click invoice and all management report generation.
