This one was a MVP app for a loyalty management company.
# The Idea: Client wanted to create a platform where both merchants and consumers would sign up. If any consumer purchased any goods/services from any of the merchants of the loyalty network, (s)he would accumulate reward points. These reward points could be redeemed in the form of discount at any of the merchants or in the form of phone bill payment.
# The solution: We developed an Admin panel (web) for the client, a mobile app for the consumers and a merchant app (merchant app would run in both mobile & an android powered magnetic card reader and QR code scanner)
Customers would purchase membership from the loyalty company and would receive a membership card and android app. Through the android app, (s)he could see all the offers from the merchants in the network.
During any purchase from the merchant network, (s)he could receive reward points by showing the card or the QR code in the consumer mobile app.
On the merchant side, (s)he could create different offers via the app. Also, (s)he could reward/redeem consumer points by scanning the card or QR code of the consumer.
Through the admin panel, the client could see all the transactions (rewards/redeems) by all consumers and merchants. They could also manage other administrative activities such as blocking any merchant/consumer, manage merchant offers etc.
