SaaS Community Management System

The client was part of a large social community and they were arranging for different events in different places, creating sub groups (community) based on different locations, offering scholarships and other charities for the community members. 

The things were being managed in a very unorganized manner and they wanted to bring everything in a central place through a community management system.

The problem:

There was a central committee who were managing the overall community and there were sub committees who were managing the sub communities or location based communities. There were centrally organized events and charity programs and location based events and charity programs. 

Besides, there were venue selections for different events and the registration process and registration cancellation process of the participants. 

The solution 

We developed a community management system where there was a super admin panel for the central committee and admin panel for location based community committees. 

Through these panels, the central committee could define the rules and process for the overall community and the admins could define individual rules and processes for their own communities within the scope defined by the super admins. 

To make the registration and payment process easy from anywhere, we created APIs for the system and developed a wordpress plugin that could be installed in any wordpress site. 

Location based communities would install this plugin into their respective community websites and all the registration data would store centrally with the reference from the individual communities. 

Registration and payments for different charity programs and scholarships would also process in the same way.
